When replacing the backlight lamp beads and light bars in actual maintenance, there are several aspects that need to be paid attention to.

1. We need to determine the model of the damaged lamp bead, whether it is a convex lens or a concave lens, and how many volts (3V and 6V are commonly used). Or when the entire strip needs to be replaced, pay attention to the number of lamp beads on the light bar (a few volts) and the length of the light bar, figure out the series-parallel relationship between the lamp beads and the light bar, and the rated working current and voltage at both ends of the light bar (Such as patch LED light bar).

If the lamp bead is less damaged, it can be replaced by a single one. For the convex lens, use the convex lens, and for the concave lens, use the concave lens. In principle: the convex lens can be replaced with a concave lens, and the concave lens should not be replaced with a convex lens as much as possible. Because if the concave lens is replaced by a convex lens, a strong condensing spot will appear on the screen, and a picture with uneven brightness will appear, which will affect the visual experience. If the lamp beads are damaged, it is still recommended to buy a complete set of original lamp strips to replace.

2. When replacing the backlight strip, also pay attention to the working voltage of the backlight source. If the replacement is a complete set of original light bars, this does not require any technical modification. If the replacement light bar is universal, after clarifying the series-parallel relationship, pay attention to the rated working voltage of the replacement light bar. If the backlight voltage output by the original driver board is higher than the total rated working voltage on the replaced new light bar, in order to prolong the service life of the light bar, technical changes should be made as much as possible, and the output voltage of the constant current board should be reduced to avoid replacement. The new light bar on the screen burns out after a while.

3. When replacing the backlight lamp beads or a new light bar, if the original lamp bead hole of the reflective paper on the original machine does not correspond to the position of the new lamp bead hole, you need to reopen the new lamp bead hole on the original reflective paper. The whole light bar can also be glued to the reflective paper so that it is not necessary to open a new lamp bead hole, which is also very convenient.
